Intensive Preparation Course German & Studying in Germany C1

You are interested in the DSH or TestDaF examination? You want to study afterwards? You speak German quite well and you are looking for an intensive C1 German course which prepares you for the TestDaF exam? Then you have come to the right place!

We offer a course which will get you to a competent language level for a good TestDaf result. With this intensive German training course you will achieve a C1 level in one semester. Our experienced lecturers will prepare you for the TestDaF examination and for studying in Germany.

Information about the course

German language level

Start level: B2 (complete)
Target level: C1, TestDaF level 4, DSH 2
Final exam: TestDaF

We guarantee the following course content:

Intensive German language training and TestDaF preparation
Learning techniques for students
Intercultural training

We offer the following range of courses:

24 teaching hours per week x 12

+ free participation in the programme WIR – Willkommen, Integration, Richtung (Welcome, Integration, Direction)

Duration of the course

Start date: April in summersemester and October in wintersemester

End of course/examination date:July in summersemester and February in wintersemester

How to apply for the course

C1 course in the summersemester 2023

Registration: from December till 1.02.2023

Start date: 14. March 2023

Last day/test date: 13. June 2023

- proof of B2 level in German

- first page of your ID-card or passport

- proof of eligibility for admission to German universities via uni-assist or copy of your Bachelor's or Master's Degree from your home country.

Which requirements are there if you come from abroad and need proof of your German skills for your studies?

Places for asylum seekers are limited (only waiting list)

Proof of B2 level in German
Proof that you graduated from secondary school, which qualifies you to study (information found e.g. on the website anabin)
Proof of your status as an asylum seeker or recognised refugee
Proof of health insurance for the whole semester
Successful participation in the online placement test onSET on the day of registration and interview, where we verify if your German language skills allow a successful course attendance.

What are the costs?

Since state funding covers the course fees for asylum seekers, there are no costs for these participants.

Which requirements do you have to fulfil if you are an asylum seeker or recognized refugee and would like to start your studies after the course?

We have limited places for asylum seekers. Please note that only waiting list registration is possible for Summersemester 2021

Proof of your status as an asylum seeker or recognised refugee
Proof of health insurance for the whole semester
