✔ Interactive planning: Dynamic prioritization and continuous adaptation to corporate goals such as age-appropriate/barrier-free housing, infill development, or serial renovation.
✔ Cost-effectiveness & subsidy optimization: Identification of the most economically viable measures (or packages of measures) at the portfolio level, taking into account subsidies, CO₂ costs, and long-term savings potential.
✔ Scenario Comparison & Variant Analysis: Assessment of the impacts of planned measures (or packages of measures) on CO₂ reduction, operating costs, and energy efficiency—for fact-based decision-making.
Where do we stand now?
aeduco’s core functions for automated data collection and analysis have already been successfully developed and validated in collaboration with housing companies. Our software efficiently processes existing building data, structures it, and creates a robust basis for decision-making.
Now, together with pilot partners, we want to test the advanced strategic functions in practice—from optimizing modernization strategies to scenario analysis for investment decisions. Through close collaboration, we ensure that aeduco is precisely tailored to the needs of the housing industry.
