Description: credium is a growth-oriented startup that significantly increases the efficiency and speed of manual, real estate-related business processes by providing digital, comprehensive, and accuracy-verified real estate data.
Functional
Description: Based solely on an address, credium provides a wide range of property characteristics—such as building geometry or living space—for individual buildings via a web interface (API).
Benefits of the Idea (USP)
credium reduces the manual effort required to compile information needed, for example, to evaluate a financing request. Financial service providers such as building insurers or mortgage lenders can thus handle internal processes significantly faster, more reliably, and more cost-effectively.
Industry-Specific
Technology: The underlying technology analyzes, among other things, 3D building models, satellite and orthophotos, mapping services, and socioeconomic statistics in the background. For example, artificial intelligence is used to determine the surface area of facades, windows, and roofs; usable and living space; the number of stories; building function; building age class; and many other characteristics.
What do you need/are you looking for—what interests you?
We’re looking for ambitious and dedicated working students, interns, and full-time employees with a strong focus on data analytics, data engineering, and software development.
