Idea / Brief
Description: Currently, small and medium-sized businesses are collecting vast amounts of data that are not being fully utilized. We want to extract hidden insights from this data to optimize processes. Combined with artificial intelligence, we can prevent maintenance issues before they arise. Our target market for market entry is the brewing industry.

Functional Description
We are developing a web platform powered by comprehensive sensor data from our customers. On the platform, this data is visualized in real time within a logically structured process diagram. The AI processes the data to provide proactive warnings and insights regarding a brewery’s equipment and media flows.

Benefits of the Idea (USP Concept)
We map out the entire process for our customers—in the case of breweries, for example, from malt milling to bottling. In the coming years, we plan to add XR to our existing IoT and AI technologies to teach maintenance workers complex work steps directly at the equipment via an adaptive tutorial system—one tailored to the user’s knowledge. This allows us to combine the advantages of these innovative technologies in a profitable way, rather than using them in isolation.
