Objectives
The laboratory for high voltage engineering is a central aspect of the degree course in electrical energy management at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. The subject-matter of the lectures is expanded, both didactically and with striking visual effects, in the state-of-the-art auditorium and in the single test boxes. This laboratory also has a computer room with a variety of simulation tools on which practical stress and short circuit calculations can be simulated on electrical networks, field computations, travelling waves and so on.
