Self-care doesn’t mean “wellness”; it is a fundamental prerequisite for staying healthy and successful throughout your studies. Effective self-care helps prevent overload and stops stress from becoming overwhelming—not only during your studies but also in professional life!

In this 2-hour online seminar, you will learn about the different types of self-care, why they should be an integral part of your stress management, and how to integrate them practically and meaningfully into your daily routine.

In addition to concrete tips, you can expect opportunities for exchange, reflection, and one or two exercises that will get you actively involved.
