Our mentoring program WomenGoTop is for advanced female students who want to engage themselves for their future. WomenGoTop is offered university-widefor all faculties. It is part of BayernMentoring and represents the professional level of the program. Participation is free of charge.

I have read and understood: I commit* to taking advantage of the offerings within the mentoring program. These include: participation in the kickoff and closing events, participation in at least two additional activities during the year from the accompanying and supporting program (these are: soft skills seminars, BayernMentoring framework program across Bavaria, networking meetings, themed evenings), as well as regular and proactive contact with my mentor (at least monthly contact). Only then will I receive a certificate at the end of the mentoring period. *Exemptions for important reasons are naturally possible upon agreement. *

Note on matching tandems with Matorixmatch

How do ProfiMentors and ProfiMentees come together?

A tandem always consists of a mentor and her mentee. A mentor can also support several mentees; these are then individual tandems.

The matching is based on suggestions from the Matorixmatch tool, a specially developed matching software that takes many different factors into account - in addition to your professional specialization, personal interests, focus areas, etc. - to suggest the best matches. - and so suggests the best matches. These are then checked by us and approved if they fit. They are therefore not always purely professional tandems!

It is particularly important to us that you feel comfortable with your tandem partner, whether as a mentor or mentee. That's why it's not just the subject area that matters! The focus is on getting to know each other personally and a tandem can also be re-matched if it is not a good fit.
