Our goals

On the side of the students, our declared goal is to increase their ability to study and to reduce dropout and failure rates.

Our goals for lecturers are to increase the professionalism of teaching and to modernize continuing education.

In addition, with the help of a new transfer office forinnovative teaching and learning technologies (LLT) (Transferstelle für innovative Lehr- und Lerntechnologien (LLT), innovative forms of teaching and corresponding technologies that have been developed in individual projects of the faculties are to be consolidated and transferred.

Our mission

In line with its vision statement "personalities in demand" (gP), Augsburg Technical University of Applied Sciences is committed to addressing the growing heterogeneity of students' and faculty members' circumstances.

The funding comes as a part of the 2020 call for proposals to strengthen university teaching (Hochschullehre durch Digitalisierung stärken) through digitization. The funding program is the successor to the federal-state program Qualitätspakt Lehre (Quality Pact for Teaching). Out of 264 submissions, 139 applications were selected for funding, including "gP cycle."
