The Stage: We have a validated, fully functional software architecture and are currently transitioning to custom, production-grade hardware. We are finalizing the team for an EXIST-Gründerstipendium application to fund our initial go-to-market phase.

The Role: Co-Founder (Growth, Sales & Marketing)

While I lead the Technical/Embedded Engineering side, I need a partner to own the commercial and strategic narrative.

Your Focus:

• Go-To-Market (GTM): Architecting the launch strategy for the European market, specifically targeting the high-growth German wellness and privacy-conscious segments.
• Community & Narrative: Building the "Local-First" brand. You will be the bridge between our high-performance hardware and the users who need it most.
• Business Operations: Managing the operational roadmap, from direct web sales to future B2B licensing opportunities in sensitive sectors like healthcare.
• EXIST Application: Collaborating on the commercial sections of our upcoming funding proposal.

Who You Are (EXIST Requirements)

• Academic & Eligibility: You hold an Sc. in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a technical MBA, ideally completed within the last five years. You are eligible for the EXIST stipend and ready to commit full-time to transitioning this research-driven project into a commercial entity.
• Hardware-Native Growth Engine: You have a "scrappy" growth mindset. You understand that scaling a physical product requires different levers than SaaS, and you can build a market narrative without a cloud-scale marketing budget.
• Privacy & Regulatory Strategy: You are a "Data Sovereignty" advocate. You understand the strategic advantage of the EU AI Act and GDPR and can translate our "local-by-design" architecture into a competitive moat.
• Bilingual Communication (B2+): You are proficient in both German and English (B2 minimum). You can pitch technical concepts to German institutional investors while coordinating with international supply chain partners.
• Interpersonal Leadership: You possess the "soft skills" required to lead a growing team. You are approachable and capable of maintaining a collaborative culture as we move from a founder-led project to a multi-disciplinary hardware startup.
