2026 Graduation Ceremony for the IT Project and Process Management Program
Together with faculty, families, friends, and other guests, we looked back on a successful academic journey and celebrated this milestone. The evening provided an opportunity for personal interactions, stimulating conversations, and a shared celebration in a festive atmosphere.
The celebration began with a get-together in the M-Foyer of the Campus am Roten Tor. A glass of sparkling wine or refreshing iced tea provided a welcome way to cool off, while graduates, faculty, and guests mingled in a relaxed atmosphere. The event finally got off to a festive start with the official welcome address by the program director, Prof. Dr. Clemens Espe.
Special thanks go to keynote speaker Dr. Ralf Rabätje, Head of Data & AI Product Management at Volkswagen, for his fascinating insights into the topic “The Use of AI in Project Management for Software Development at Volkswagen.”
We would like to give special recognition to Tatjana Kuzmin (Master’s thesis: “The Use of AI in Requirements Engineering: Opportunities and Challenges Using a Specific Use Case as an Example”) and Fabian Ferber (Master’s thesis: “Development and Evaluation of a Business-IT Alignment Strategy Using the Example of a Digital Asset Management System”), who presented their outstanding master’s theses as part of the event. Their presentations enriched the evening with exciting technical insights. We extend our heartfelt congratulations on the successful completion of their master’s degrees.
Following the formal graduation ceremony, the summer evening provided the perfect setting for a gathering outdoors to wrap up the event. Over a varied barbecue and salad buffet, attendees shared memories and celebrated their successful graduations. Our heartfelt thanks go to Michael Arbogast and his team at the Augsburg Student Services for the excellent catering, as well as to Hans Färber’s musical trio for the atmospheric musical accompaniment.
We’ve had a wonderful evening filled with delightful encounters and shared memories. We’d like to once again extend our heartfelt congratulations to our graduates on their successful completion of their studies and wish them every success, joy, and all the best for their professional and personal futures.
