Facilities and Buildings on the Brunnenlech Campus

The THA buildings are designated by letters. In each building, the ground floor is numbered 1, the first floor is numbered 2, and so on. (Example of a room designation: A 2.05 Service Point).

Technical University of Applied Sciences Augsburg is easily accessible by tram and bus.

Rotes Tor Campus

The city of Augsburg has a very busy main train station. It is located at the intersection of the following major routes:

from the north: Nuremberg — Donauwörth — Augsburg
; from the west: Stuttgart — Ulm — Augsburg
; from the east: Munich — Augsburg
; from the south: Kempten — Augsburg

ICE and IC trains run hourly, bringing travelers from all major cities and the surrounding area to Augsburg.

Important Note!

Regional trains also stop at the “Augsburg Haunstetterstraße” station, located right next to Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, Campus am Brunnenlech. From there, the Campus am Roten Tor is a 10-minute walk away.

The fastest way to get to Augsburg is via Munich Airport.

Whether by S-Bahn, taxi, or airport shuttle bus, you’ll reach Munich Central Station within 45 minutes. From there, Regional Express, IC, and ICE trains depart for Augsburg several times an hour. The regional trains also stop at the “Haunstetter Straße” station, located directly on the Brunnenlech campus of Augsburg University of Applied Sciences. From there, the Rotes Tor campus is a 10-minute walk away.
