Bachelor Programs with No Admission Restrictions

For degree programs that do not require admission, you can simply apply through the THA application portal during the application period if you have a valid high school diploma or equivalent. 

Application Deadlines

For all degree programs, applications for higher semesters are accepted for the summer semester. For the Data Science and Emergency Engineering programs, applications for the first semester are also accepted. The application period runs from December 1, 2026, through January 16, 2027.
