Tackling Sustainability

Students in the master program in Sustainability Management cordially invite students from all faculties, as well as interested members of the public, to Sustainability Day on Thursday, November 26, 2026.

 

Under the theme “Tackling Sustainability,” you can look forward to inspiring presentations, interactive workshops, and hands-on activities. Sweet and savory treats will be provided to keep you energized.

What is Sustainability Day 2026?

Sustainability Day offers an ideal opportunity for interdisciplinary discussion on the topic of sustainability. It is aimed at students from all faculties as well as interested residents of Augsburg and the surrounding region.
The goal is to highlight the many facets of sustainability and to inspire sustainable thinking and action.

Program

Through workshops, two keynote presentations, and various booths set up by companies, organizations, and initiatives from the region, we’ll showcase the many different ways sustainability is put into practice.

Mach mit und werde kreativ!

Ob Kerzen aus Bienenwachs, Seedbombs oder Geldbörsen aus alten Getränkekartons: In unseren Workshops kannst du selbst aktiv werden. Lerne auch, wie du Geschenke mit der japanischen Furoshiki-Methode kreativ und ressourcenschonend verpackst.

Außerdem gibt es:

  • Büchertauschbörse zum Stöbern und Tauschen
  • Marktplatz „Ich biete – Ich suche“

  • Nachhaltigkeitsquiz mit tollen Preisen, darunter Mensagutscheine im Wert von 50€!
