Division III.3 – Student and Examination Office

From application to graduation: We assist students with key organizational and administrative matters related to their studies

Division III.3 comprises the Student Affairs Office, the Exams Office, and the Internship Office. Together, we ensure that important steps in the course of study are handled reliably and smoothly.

We are responsible for a wide range of matters—from enrollment and re-registration to exam-related issues and internship semesters, all the way to academic transcripts and degree documents.

The Student Affairs Office service desk will be closed until September 25, 2026. The service hotline is available during the times listed. The Registrar's Office service desk will remain open during this time.

Our Service Point (Front Office) is the first place to go for your personal inquiries. But even when the Service Point is closed, we continue to work on your applications, documents, and inquiries in the Back Office.
