Division III – Student Affairs

The Office of Student Affairs coordinates key issues related to studying at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Augsburg. Our departments work to provide students with the best possible support throughout their studies and to continuously improve the conditions necessary for academic success.

Division III.1

Program Development, Quality Management, and Capacity Issues

This department oversees the ongoing development of academic programs and supports the university in matters related to quality management and enrollment capacity. The goal is to ensure favorable learning conditions in the long term and to further enhance the quality of academic programs and teaching.

Division III.2

Central Student Advisory Service & Career Service

The Central Student Advisory Service supports prospective students and current students with questions regarding their studies and academic progress. The Career Service supports students as they transition into the professional world and offers, among other things, counseling, job application training, and opportunities to network with the business community.

Division III. 3

Student and Examination Office

The Student and Examination Office is the central point of contact for many organizational matters related to your studies. Here, students can get help with questions about enrollment, exams, course credits, and much more. The Internship Office is also located here: it assists students with matters related to internships.

Campus Management System and Services

This division is responsible for key issues related to campus management systems and the associated services. Its focus is on the further development of digital processes and providing reliable support for academic administration.
