The "rein-in-die-hörsäle" qualification program, offered by LaKoF*, aims to prepare, support, and guide women on their path to becoming a professor at a University of Applied Sciences (HAW)—from personal academic career planning through the application process for a professorship.
The program is aimed at women with professional experience in research and business, as well as postdoctoral researchers, doctoral candidates, and master’s students who aspire to a professorship at a University of Applied Sciences.
About the Teaching Assignment Program
As part of the Teaching Assignment Program (LAP), teaching assignments for women at universities of applied sciences (HAW) receive financial support.
