What awaited the students and faculty from the departments of Business, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Design in the southern Chinese tech metropolis was an intensive block course with Chinese students, along with an extremely ambitious accompanying program. With a company visit, sports competitions, introductions to traditional chinese medicine, music, and culture, robot dance and a drone show, as well as a glamorous concert, the partner university showed itself at its best. An exchange couldn’t be better.

And because SZTU is now among China’s most prestigious universities—one that is attractive not only to faculty but also for student exchange—Professors Doris Binger and Jana Görmer, along with Professors Friedrich Beckmann, Michael Feucht, and Reinhard Stolle are hosting an information evening on China and studying at SZTU.

Information Evening

When: Monday, October 12, at 5:30 p.m. in K 1.01.
