Our Identity – Our Values – Our Principles
What does the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences stand for? What sets it apart from other universities? What shared vision of the future shapes it? And what values guide it? The THA’s identity answers these questions. It describes the university’s strategic self-image and highlights what defines the THA at its core. It was developed and refined in the spring and summer of 2023 through a broad, participatory process involving more than 100 faculty members, staff, and students; driven by a strong sense of community and the legendary THA spirit. Since then, this identity has been lived out at THA: as an attitude, a guiding principle, and a driving force for one of Germany’s most dynamic and agile universities.
