BYTHA – Build Your THA

"Build Your THA" is THA's collaborative organizational development process. The goal is to work together to further develop the university, strengthen collaboration across faculty and organizational boundaries, and foster a modern, reliable, and respectful university culture.

More than 150 colleagues from the faculties, central services and institutions, as well as the offices of the vice presidents, participated in the “Build Your THA” initiative during the 2025–2026 winter semester. Through an exceptional participatory process, 25 workshops produced key contributions to the further development of THA. Together, participants defined how each unit contributes to THA’s mission and vision and how the THA identity can be embodied in everyday life.
