Every teacher I met at THA was helpful and answered my questions whenever I was struggling with my classes.
I fell in love with the buildings, the colors, the large green spaces, and most of all the traditional Bavarian clothing—the dirndl and lederhosen. I loved Oktoberfest, even though I'm not the biggest fan of beer. It was the best experience of my life.

Frequently Asked Questions
You can take business courses in English at the bachelor's or master's level. You can also choose from a wide range of electives offered university-wide.
If you can demonstrate that you have at least a B2 level, you can also choose courses taught in German.
Course registration takes place via our online learning platform, Moodle. That is also where most of your communication with your instructors will take place, and where course materials will be made available.

Exam registration takes place with Ms. Wetzel. The date for this will be communicated to exchange students well in advance.
It is important to register for the correct exams within the specified time frame; otherwise, you will not be able to take the exams.
Grades are assigned as follows:
1.0/1.3 = A (Excellent) — Outstanding performance with only minor errors
1.7/2.0 = B (Very Good) – Above average, but with some errors
2.3/2.7 = C (Good) – Generally solid work with a number of notable errors.
3.0/3.3 = D (Satisfactory) – Fair, but with significant shortcomings
3.7/4.0 = E (Sufficient) – Performance meets the minimum requirements
5.0 = F (Fail)

The exam rooms and times will be posted well in advance in the Moodle course “1. Program Information” under “School of Business.”
The exact date when exam results will be announced can be found in the Academic Calendar. Grades can then be viewed in the “HIS Exam Management” portal.
The transcript of records can be printed via the “HIS Exam Administration” portal after grades are released.
It is important that you meet with the International Coordinators at the School of Business and the International Office to complete any additional formalities, if necessary.
