Theory and Practice Go Hand in Hand
For instructors and students from the online practice reflection group, we are organizing a separate Online Practice Instructor Day 2026 this year.
We cordially invite you to join us!
Even online, the Practice Instructor Day offers instructors and students a day together—virtually at the university—featuring presentations, workshops, and a focus on shared responsibility for the practicum semester. This year, it’s on a special day dedicated to this format!
The key focus areas of our successful "Iternship Supervisors`Day” format remain the same this year:
- Through dialogue between the university, students, and the professional field,
- examining the mentoring process
- Discussing ideas for students’ own work and a theoretically grounded practicum semester
To this end, we are planning a format specifically designed for an online setting that can address these goals.
For all students in their practicum semester, this day is part of the required course reflecting the internship.
Note: The event on September 28, 2026, is intended for all students who are not completing their internship semester in Augsburg and the surrounding area and who are therefore attending the courses during the inernship semester online.
We invite instructors and students completing their practicum semester in Augsburg and the surrounding area to the 2026 Practicum Instructors’ Day at the university on September 25, 2026 (even if students are attending the courses online due to capacity constraints). The event is planned so that students and instructors participate in the same session.
