Technical and Methodological Knowledge for Process Optimization

Our continuing education certificate program in Logistics Process Development is designed for ambitious logistics professionals with relevant vocational training and at least one year of work experience who wish to further expand their logistics skills as well as their technical and methodological knowledge in the field of process optimization. Upon successful completion of the certificate program, you will have the necessary knowledge to take on planning, coordinating, and managerial roles in logistics and will be familiar with the methodical and systematic approach to performing analysis and planning tasks.

Use the technical expertise you gain in process management to streamline everyday operations and advance your career!

Our program covers the entire spectrum of logistics processes and their challenges. You will learn practical methods and tools for developing and designing various alternative solutions tailored to different logistics systems and processes.

In addition to process management tools and the technical specifics of various logistics areas, this includes

  • linking theoretical concepts with practical applications,
  • a systematic and methodical approach to creating decision-making documents,
  • a results-oriented approach to developing practical concepts,
  • and the incorporation of current technological developments in the field of logistics.

What makes the "Logistics Process Developer" degree program special?

The logistics industry is experiencing sustained growth. The diversity, complexity, and dynamic nature of the field require logistics employees to demonstrate flexibility and personal responsibility, coupled with professional expertise. Logistics professionals should, on the one hand, have a solid understanding of logistics processes and process chains, and on the other hand, possess the appropriate tools to address subject-specific challenges. Beyond traditional tasks, logistics professionals are now expected to contribute to planning and organizational processes as well. A holistic approach—that is, thinking across departments and companies within value chains—and the ability to analyze and design processes are becoming increasingly important.
