Scope of Activities
- Social Skills—Curriculum Design and Instruction in the General Elective Program, Certificate in Social Skills, Certificate in Social Skills Training
- Additional teaching in the Bachelor’s programs in Business Psychology, Social Work, and Business Administration, as well as the Master’s program in Identity Design, on topics related to social psychology, communication psychology, and psychological methods
- Establishment of the Business Psychology degree program in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Sarah Hatfield and the psychology team
- Contributed to the development of the Bachelor’s program in Social Work
- Established the ZSI together with the ZSI team (2011–2015)
- Training, specialist and executive coaching, change management, facilitation, assessment, and recruitment
Research
Supervision of empirical bachelor's and master's theses on topics related to work and organizational psychology; quantitative and qualitative research
