A student initiative by TEC
Who We Are
she.codes by TEC is a student-led initiative at several universities and colleges across Germany. The team has set itself the goal of sparking an early interest in computer science and technology, particularly among girls, and making it easier for them to get started in these fields by providing positive role models.
Our Workshops
The focus is on free programming workshops for girls ages 11 to 14. These workshops take place both online and in person and teach the basics of programming in a fun, interactive way.
Network & Community
In addition, she.codes sees itself as a network of female students who continue to exchange ideas and grow even beyond the workshops. Internal events such as team weekends, professional development sessions, and community gatherings are organized regularly to strengthen team spirit and build professional and personal skills.
The Team
The initiative is led by dedicated female students from a wide variety of academic disciplines. Together, they are working to promote greater equality of opportunity and diversity in the technology industry.
